About

For more than twenty years, I’ve worked with artists, communities and cultural organisations to create experiences that bring people together. My career has taken me across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, producing festivals, leading arts organisations and developing cultural programs ranging from large-scale productions to community-led initiatives.

My work has spanned:

  • Festival and event leadership
  • Arts management and executive producing
  • Strategic planning and organisational development
  • Artistic programming and partnerships
  • Funding, sponsorship and stakeholder engagement
  • Team leadership and governance

Today my work sits at the intersection of executive leadership, organisational strategy and operational delivery.

My Leadership Philosophy

Listen first

Understand communities before making decisions.

Think strategically

Building organisations, not just events.

Create partnerships

Work collaboratively with government, artists and industry.

Deliver with excellence

Making ambitious ideas happen.

What Matters to Me

Along the way I’ve learned that successful cultural projects aren’t built by individuals—they’re built through collaboration, trust and a shared sense of purpose. I enjoy working with artists, boards, government, sponsors and community organisations, helping turn ideas into projects that are creative, sustainable and genuinely collaborative.

What motivates me isn’t simply delivering events—it’s building projects that have a lasting impact. I enjoy bringing together creative ambition, strong leadership and practical problem-solving to create work that connects with people and strengthens communities.

The projects I’m most passionate about are rooted in place and shaped by the people they serve. I believe the arts are at their best when they create opportunities for participation, celebrate diverse voices and leave communities feeling more connected.

At the end of the day, I’m someone who loves helping good ideas become great experiences. If a project has the potential to inspire people, tell an important story or strengthen a community, that’s the kind of work I want to be part of.
