My experience is in the creation of new work. I’ve been the director throughout the development of four new works. I’ve worked with actors and crew to realise their premiere productions.

I also have experience working in curatorial directing roles as a Festival Director and have worked with performers in my role as Artistic Manager at The House of Dancing Water.

I have extensive experience running auditions. Over the years at Short+Sweet I auditioned over 70 performers a year. I have also run audition workshops and auditions for principal character backups at The House of Dancing Water.
